Refund policy

At Desert Blooms, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, whether it’s Artificial Plants, or Pots. Below is our detailed, business-specific Return & Refund Policy to help you understand how returns and refunds work for each product category.


1. Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as delivered

  • With all original tags, manuals, and accessories

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by receipt/proof of purchase

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.


2. Category-Specific Return Rules

A. Artificial Plants

  • Artificial plants can be returned if they are unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Any signs of bending, breakage, or wear will make the return ineligible.

C. Indoor & Outdoor Plants

  • If a plant arrives damaged or dead, you mustΒ contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue for a replacement.

D. Pots (Fiber Pots / Planters)

  • Pots can be returned if they are undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Pots with cracks, scratches, or marks caused by customer handling will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at desertbloomsae@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos / videos of the issue

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or solution.

Items returned without reporting the issue beforehand will not be accepted.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or special-order

  • Used items

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

For eligible items, you may request an exchange.
The fastest method is:

  1. Request a return

  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item


6. Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified whether your refund is approved or declined

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

7. Important Notice – Customized Artificial Plants

Please note that all customized artificial plants are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivery has been accepted, as these items are made to order.

Exceptions apply only if the delivered item is of an incorrect size or pot, or does not match the confirmed order. In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Approved returns must be sent back by the customer. Collection by the supplier is not available. Requests made after the 24-hour period will not be accepted.
